We have started a waiting list. If you are interested, please complete the form below. Should a cancellation happen we will contact you at that time and send you an invoice for the payment.
The conference hotel block has been filled. The hotel may still have rooms and you are welcome to check with them if you don’t yet have your reservation. Thank you for your interest.
Registration Cancellation Policy
Requests for refunds (subject to $50 admin fee) must be in writing.
- Before 1/18/2012 = Full refund minus $50.00.
- After 1/18/2013 = On a case by case basis.
Step 1: Fill Out The Registration Form
Your registration is not complete until payment is invoiced and receipt is confirmed.

Step 2: Your Payment will be Invoiced if there is a cancellation.
(If you are a member of a SoCal Chapter, click on your chapter logo and enter the word “chapter” and your chapter number (no spaces) as the password.)
For all other Registrations, your payment will be invoiced should there be a cancellation
